یا مَنْ اَرْجُوهُ لِکُلِّ خَیْرٍ

It is narrated that upon observing the moon in the first night, the blessed prophet used to say: "O Allah bless us in Rajab and Shabaan, and make us reach the month of Ramadan, and aid us for siyaam (fasting) and qiyam (standing; i.e. in prayers) and hefze-lesaan (protecting the tongue) and lowering the gaze and do not make our (only) benefit in it hunger and thirst
